At Primax.pk, we strive to deliver your wellness products as quickly and safely as possible across Pakistan.

1. Order Processing & Handling Time

  • Handling Time: All orders are processed within 0-1 business days (Monday to Saturday).

  • Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (PKT). Orders placed after this time or on Sundays/holidays will begin processing the following business day.

2. Delivery Timeline (Transit Time) Once your order has been handed over to our courier partners, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad): 2–4 business days.

  • Other Cities & Rural Areas: 3–6 business days.

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 3–8 business days from the date of order.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Free shipping all over pakistan

4. Tracking Your Order Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp and/or email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment through our courier partners' websites.

5. Our Courier Partners We partner with reliable courier services, including Leopard, TCS, and Postex, to ensure your package reaches you safely.

6. Delivery Issues If your package is delayed or arrives damaged, please contact our support team at info@primax.pk or via WhatsApp at  within 24 hours of the delivery attempt
