Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Primax.pk.

1. Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns: Due to the nature of health supplements, we can only accept returns if:

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.

  • The product was received in a damaged or defective state.

3. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at support@primax.pk or whatsapp on +92 309 8544286  with your order number and photos of the product.

4. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued via Bank Transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash as per the customer's preference.

5. Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
